NASCAR Chicago Street Race
The NASCAR Chicago Street Race Series returned again this sumer, and the Chicago Sports Commission made sure to kick things off in style. The Commission hosted a spectacular welcome reception for NASCAR participants, partners, and sponsors at RPM Events, setting the stage for a thrilling NASCAR Chicago weekend.
Guests walked the red carpet complete with interviews and were immediately immersed in the NASCAR Chicago experience. Inside, the ambiance was electric with red and blue-lit hallways and floor graphics guiding attendees through the vibrant venue. A DJ provided the soundtrack as guests enjoyed a mix of elevated cuisine and local Chicago favorites with stunning views of the Chicago River.

In 2024, the event hosted live artwork by Darius Dennis, owner of Big Wall Sign and Mural, who created a dynamic piece celebrating both NASCAR and his love for Chicago. In addition, the Sports Event of the Year award, presented to NASCAR by the Sports Business Journal for the 2024 Chicago Street Race, was prominently displayed.
This welcome reception, organized by the Chicago Sports Commission and their sponsors, was the perfect prelude to an action-packed NASCAR Chicago weekend filled with racing and festivities.
