The power of innovation, perseverance and partnership are some of the ingredients to success. Covid-19 has ripped through our nation leaving millions unsure about what is normal, but more importantly what is safe. We have been working with the consulting firm, TMI, for about a year. Our partnership has kept our teams working to leverage technical systems that are now the platforms of event production.
TMI called us last week to share an incredible story of giving from one of their clients, 28 Mile Distillery. The vodka, gin and bourbon production was coming to a halt to start making hand sanitizer. Innovation is simply a must in a time of pandemic. As you may know, Charlie is on the board of Chicago Police Memorial Foundation, so that partnership turned into the largest donation of gel hand sanitizer to EVERY Chicago Police Department as the result of another partnership with the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation. We were able to immediately offer our services of live streaming through our new platform called Virtual Events Powered by Absolute so the officers, Chicago residents and media were able to witness this drop off of almost 12,000 bottles at the Chicago Police Academy.
This is one helluva success story with innovation, perseverance and partnership.
