Eli’s Cheesecake is a big name in Chicago, and they’ve gotten even bigger! They broke ground during the summer of 2022 on a new 42,000 square foot expansion, and Absolute was honored to be a part of it. Their new addition almost doubled the size of their previous space and even includes a Café and Retail store called Eli’s Cheesecake World that people can visit. It had been more than two decades since Eli’s last expansion so it was truly a ground breaking moment for the company, or as Eli’s called it, a ground “baking” moment.

Absolute was proud to provide all sorts of production for this monumental moment for Eli’s Cheesecakes. From audio and graphics to staging and more, we were there for every minute of it. And Eli’s did it right with performances by The Happiness Club as well as entertainment from Looking Glass Theatre.
Now, just over a year later, Eli’s invited us back for a celebration of their new space. The whole Eli’s Cheesecake crew was there to celebrate yet another milestone. With performances by the Jesse White Tumblers and Shannon Rivers Pipe Band, it was a real party. Even Governor Pritzker showed up to celebrate the space. The celebration was topped off with the a huge cheesecake and a giant ribbon. It’s been a journey for Eli’s Cheesecake to get to this moment, and we couldn’t be more honored to be a part of it.
