We vetted multiple vendors in the city of Chicago, and Absolute was the most prepared, professional and flexible vendors we spoke to. We had multiple last-minute changes with A/V out of our control, and the team worked tightly with us to create such a seamless experience. Not to mention, they even offered additional support upon our event load-out above and beyond their scope to move some items with us.

We had a major change to our event, which included moving the entire event from a tent outdoors to a much smaller conference room indoors, with very little notice.

The team was very helpful in envisioning the look and feel of an outdoor event to an indoor event.

I cannot express enough how professional and courteous they were throughout the entire process.
